Executive Board

The goal of the club is to serve its members.

This is exemplified by the Executive Board of the club, who work to create events that foster growth and discovery in the real estate industry.

Andy Hidra

President

Andy Hidra is a finance major and upper senior graduating at the end of the semester. He joined the Real Estate Finance Club through the Mentorship Program in his sophomore year and later led the program during his junior year. Andy now serves as President for the Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 academic year. He has experience in real estate valuation from his internship at Houlihan Lokey and is also Vice President of Professional Development for the Scholars of Finance Baruch chapter.

 

Fariha Sneha

Vice President

Fariha Sneha is a sophomore majoring in Economics, with minors in Political Science and Business Law. She joined the Real Estate Finance Club as an Analyst in her freshman year and later became the co-head in marketing before becoming the Vice President this semester. This spring, she will serve as a Judicial Intern for New York Supreme Court Justice Carmen Velasquez.

Alexis Clause

Secretary & Co-Head of Mentorship

Alexis Clause is a sophomore majoring in Real Estate. She joined the club her freshman year through the mentorship program. At the start of her sophomore year she became Co-Head of marketing, and currently serves as Secretary and Co-Head of Mentorship Program. She has gained experience through the ICSC case study competition, Real Estate Private Equity Internship through Project Destined, Eastdil Secured training program, and other various bridge programs. She’s interested real estate and is currently pursuing a career in real estate investment.

Viktoriya Boychuk

Treasurer

Viktoriya Boychuk is a junior majoring in Accounting with a minor in Law and Policy. She is an incoming Audit Intern at Weaver, where she will gain experience in assurance and financial reporting. Outside of academics and work, Viktoriya enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants, and values experiences that broaden her perspective beyond the classroom.

Oleksandr Romanenko

Director of Corporate Relations

Oleksandr Romanenko is a junior majoring in Finance. He joined the Real Estate Finance Club during his first semester of freshman year as a general member and later completed the club’s Analyst Program the following semester. Oleksandr currently serves as Director of Corporate Relations, supporting the club’s initiatives to provide students with exposure to real estate finance and development. He is also a licensed real estate agent with Compass and has over $10M in active and closed transactions.

Noah Barash

Co-Head of Analyst Program

Noah Barash is a junior at Baruch College majoring in Finance with a minor in Philosophy and is a Provost Scholar. He joined the Real Estate Finance Club through the Analyst Program in Fall 2025 and now serves as Co-Chair of the program for Spring 2026, where he helps develop programming to prepare students for careers in real estate finance. Noah has also competed in national real estate case competitions. He led his team to a Top 10 finish in the UMD Colvin Case Study Competition and will also lead his team in the finals of the University of Miami Impact Investing in Commercial Real Estate Competition, which focuses on projects that generate both financial returns and measurable social or environmental impact. Outside of the club, Noah works in commercial real estate and plans to pursue a career in real estate development and acquisitions after graduating in 2027.

Aidan Herzlinger

Co-Head of Analyst Program

Aidan Herzlinger is an upper junior majoring in Real Estate. He joined the Real Estate Finance Club through the Analyst Program at the beginning of his junior year and is now the Co-Chair of the program. He has experience across multiple areas of the industry including brokerage, acquisitions, and prop tech. He is also the President of Hillel at Baruch and Global Director of Expansion at TAMID Group. Outside of school he is currently working for private investors to help them source and underwrite deals. After graduation he intends to pursue a career in acquisitions and development.

Shivani Hardat

Co-Head of Marketing

A freshman finance student of Macaulay Honors College. She’s currently a Real Estate Private Equity Intern through Project Destined. She gained leadership experience as captain of her high school’s cheer team. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering through New York Cares. Her involvement with REF began last semester as a participant of the mentorship program, she now serves as a Co-Head of Marketing.

Oliver Stocki

Co-Head of Marketing & Mentorship

Oliver Stocki is a finance major at Baruch College expected to graduate in May 2028. He serves as Co-Head of Marketing and Co-Head of the Mentorship Program for Baruch’s Real Estate Finance Club, helping lead student engagement and mentorship efforts. Oliver is currently a Finance Spring Intern at Plootus and previously worked as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined. He hopes to build a long-term career at the intersection of real estate, investing, and high finance.
